Every time I walk into a Sephora in the US, I feel like a kid in a candy shop. Not only do they carry more products from brands that we also have in Canada, but there's brands and products that can only be ordered online.
While I was in Vegas, I picked up two products, ironically both Korean, that I've been wanting to try for the longest time. The first product is Dr. Jart's Dermaclear Trans-Foam Clay Trio and the second product is Son & Park's Beauty Water.
Dr. Jart+ Dermaclear Trans-foam Clay Trio
When I first saw this product on Erica Choi's Instagram (@eggcanvas), I knew I had to give them a try. This set contains three different masks that turn into cleansers...Yes, CLEANSERS!
Each of the three tubes is targeted towards a specific concern. One calms the skin, the other moisturizers and the third refreshes.
First you apply this product as a mask. After letting it sit on your skin (I leave it on for five or ten minutes), you apply water on your face and it turns into an amazing foaming cleanser. What happens is that the French clay lathers into a foam, which brightens, removes dead skin cells and tones your skin as well.
Son & Park Beauty Water
This product was created by Charlotte Cho, the co-founder of Soko Glam. Essentially what it is, is a multi-purpose toner and cleansing water that smooths, brightens and gently exfoliates your skin. This product contains lavender water, rosewater and orange oil that moisturizes at the same time, which for me is crucial when I'm on the hunt for a great toner.
So far I've been using this product before my serum, eye cream and moisturizer, and I love it. I'm a huge fan of the formula, the packaging is simple yet luxe and the price is great ($30 USD).
